Two Local Publications Name Noetix One of Washington's Best Places to Work

REDMOND, Wash. --(Business Wire)-- Noetix(R) Corp., a software provider that automatically generates business intelligence (BI) content from enterprise applications, today announced that two local publications, Washington CEO Magazine and Seattle Business Monthly, have both recognized Noetix as one of Washington's best places to work.

For the second year in a row, Noetix was recognized as one of Washington CEO Magazine's Best Companies to Work For, selected from among more than 400 companies nominated for consideration. "The companies included in the list have demonstrated that they value their employees and their contributions to overall success," said Bob Ritter, publisher and chief executive officer of the magazine. "Our evaluation is extensive. It includes surveys of both employees and management with the top winners selected by a distinguished group of human resource professionals."

Earlier this month, Noetix was also recognized by Seattle Business Monthly as one of Washington's best places to work, where editors invited Morris Beton, CEO of Noetix, to speak at their inaugural Business Breakfast about how his unique management style helps to motivate his employees. "It's all about respecting the individual employee and their strengths," said Beton. "The key is to look not only for people with the right experience, but for smart and creative self-starters. I've discovered that if I provide a glimmer of direction, the star performers will run with an idea and do much more than I could ever tell them to do, and often arrive at far better results."

Noetix provides a fun and casual work environment with an emphasis on open communication. While maintaining the high energy work environment of a startup company, Noetix continues to provide employees with the stability and sustained growth established by more than 14 years experience in the business intelligence software industry. Noetix offers exemplary employee benefits including generous vacation packages, 401k with employer matching, comprehensive health coverage, and paid time off. Foosball has evolved into a competitive sport at the company and Xbox tournaments are the norm. An Events Committee also coordinates monthly lunches, social events, and employee activities designed to foster communication and team-building among different departments.

"The companies included in Seattle Business Monthly's list of Best Places to Work have not only demonstrated that they value their employees, but that their approach to meeting their corporate objectives is unique and proven," said Craig Bednar, the magazine's publisher. "Our extensive quantitative evaluation allows the readers an understanding of what it takes to be a best place to work."
