Televersal named as ShoreTel's distributor in Benelux

ShoreTel Inc (Nasdaq: SHOR), a provider of Pure IP Unified
Communications (UC) solutions, announced on Monday (30 June) that the
company has signed a distribution agreement with Televersal, a PBX
value-added distributor in the Benelux region in Europe.

Under the terms of the distribution agreement, Televersal will offer
ShoreTel's range of enterprise UC Solutions to network of value-added
resellers (VARs) across all of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.



Financial details of the agreement were not available.
