ConsultNet Offers Report on 'Technology Staffing Outlook'

ConsultNet, a technology and engineering staffing provider, released a
report entitled, 2008 Technology Staffing Outlook.

ConsultNet noted that the report describes the current issues and
trends impacting the technology staffing environment and includes
proposed solutions to alleviate these employment concerns.

We are experiencing the biggest technology hiring crisis in history.
With fewer students graduating with IT-related degrees in the last five
years and 77 million baby-boomers on the verge of retirement, CIOs and
other execs are faced with major staffing challenges, said Spencer
Shaffer, president of ConsultNet. ConsultNet is in the unique position
of witnessing the struggles and obstacles facing IT employers and
professionals alike, and this report helps highlight these issues to
start a dialogue on how we can work to resolve these problems.

Findings in the 2008 Technology Staffing Outlook include the following:

- Why a technology talent shortage exists in the United States - How
the lack of human capital is adversely affecting business development


and technology innovation - How businesses can alleviate their IT
demands

The image portrayed today is one of economic hardship, but the reality
for many businesses and industries is growth and expanding employment
opportunities, said Shaffer. The 2008 Technology Staffing Outlook will
help both individuals and businesses understand each other's needs and
requirements for success.
