Foundry Networks Takes Fast Lane(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Foundry Networks, a performance and total solutions provider for end-to-end switching and routing, announced Fast Lane Consulting and Education Services, a supplier of advanced information technology training, has been selected by the company as an exclusive Foundry Authorized Training Partner. Fast Lane will deliver authorized Foundry courses to resellers and end-user organizations of the company's networking products and solutions in locations that Foundry operates. These classes allow network and system administrators to better maximize the extensive capabilities, performance, and value of Foundry's networking solutions through training and certification. The Foundry authorized curriculum focuses on the company's intelligent and advanced edge-to-core, high-performance networking solutions that include switching, routing, and application traffic management products. Fast Lane will offer the full Foundry curriculum: a three-day course on Layer 2/3 switching/routing, a two-day Layer 4-7 application delivery switching course, a three-day network management course, and a five-day advanced Layer 2/3 switching/routing course.
