Travana Networks Inc Announces Re-Seller Agreement

Travana Networks Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: MRDV) today announced the signing of a Re-Seller Agreement between IgeaCare
Systems Inc. of Richmond Hill, Ontario and EIT Inc., a Florida-based,
wholly owned subsidiary of Travana Networks Incorporated.
Under this Strategic Partnership Agreement, EIT will sell, implement and
provide customer maintenance and support services for IgeaCare products
throughout the United States with particular market focus in the Eastern
region. EIT plans to integrate IgeaCare products into robust,
enterprise-wide, telephony-based, communications solutions to meet
healthcare and educational emergency response requirements. EIT will
partner with established telephone company customers to deploy these
solutions utilizing the reliability and security standards established in
today's telecom industry. EIT and its telecom partners recognize the
opportunity and growing need for these solutions in healthcare and
particularly in education where campus security and emergency response is a
recognized and growing concern.
