Swedish telephony services provider Phonera AB sells consumer customer portfolio to AllTele

Swedish telephony and data communication services provider Phonera AB
(OMX Stockholm: PHON) announced on Friday (16 May) that it has signed a
letter of intent to sell its consumer customer portfolio within fixed
telephony, IP telephony and broadband to the operator AllTele.

The portfolio comprises 30,000 customers and represents an annual
turnover of approximately SEK50m.

The deal is estimated to be worth some SEK31.6m, part of which will be
paid in shares.

Following the deal Phonera will hold a 10% stake in AllTele.

Phonera, headquartered in Malmo, Sweden, provides telephony and data

communications to small and mid-sized companies. The company has 125
employees and reported a turnover of SEK297m in 2007.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 11.73 Swedish kronor
(SEK).
