C-COM Announces Issuance of Stock Options

(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) OTTAWA, ONTARIO, May 9 / MARKET WIRE/ --

C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CMI) today announced, pursuant to the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange, that it has granted options to purchase 125,000 common shares of C-COM to directors and officers of C-COM. The stock options were granted pursuant to the terms of C-COM's stock option plan. Such options are exercisable at $0.38 per share. These grants form part of a total remuneration package. Stock option grants are subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
