Kaplan Financial Compliance Introduces Producer "Self Service" Feature

a unique Producer Portal that enables insurance producers, securities reps,
broker/dealers and carriers to easily communicate with each other in one
location.
The "self service" feature is part of Kaplan's CMS G2(TM) compliance
application and is unique because it is designed especially for producers,
not for system administrators. The CMS G2(TM) Producer Portal interface is
designed to make navigation easier for individuals who access the site
occasionally, while making all interfaces available to support users that
access the system on a regular basis. The difference in design techniques
eliminates unnecessary steps and training otherwise needed to navigate a
user interface designed for system administrators.

The CMS G2(TM) system initiates an email sent to the producer, which
contains a link that directs the producer to a login page. Once logged in,
the producer is directed to the specific transaction mentioned in the
email. The producer can act on the transaction, and also can access other
information offered within the Producer Portal, including education and
compliance data. Once in the portal, the producer can see all of the CMS
G2(TM) clients with whom the producer has an active relationship.
