One Communications, with corporate offices in Rochester, NY and Waltham, MA, provides advanced telecommunications solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Mr. Hanson will oversee all financial planning, reporting and analysis, tax, audit, purchasing, and real estate functions within the company. "John is a demonstrated leader with 30 years of financial management experience working in the global telecommunications industry and with several entrepreneurial companies in the United States and abroad," said Howard Janzen, CEO of One Communications. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer for Worldport Communications, Inc., a global telecommunications and internet infrastructure solutions provider. Before joining Wace USA, John also led the finance function for local telephone service provider Ameritech Corporation for ten years. Mr. Hanson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from DePaul University, and earned a Masters in Management Degree from Northwestern University. He is a distinguished faculty award winner as an Adjunct Professor at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Certified Public Accountant.
