Adea Names Daniel G. Cross as Global Chief Financial Officer to lead all company financial operations in the U.S., India, Europe and China. He has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, specifically pre-acquisition valuation analysis and post deal integration strategies -- having executed acquisitions in the $70 million to $100 million range. He has also served in financial management positions with InterVoice and Micron Electronics. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and Financial Executives International (FEI).
