FusionOne Adds Execs

FusionOne, a provider of mobile phone backup services, announced that
it has named three new executives to its management team.

FusionOne said the executive appointments will enable the company to
scale in response to the growing global demand for mobile backup and
migration services.

Mohan Sadashiva joins as senior vice president of marketing. He has
extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, and has
managed multiple large-scale licensed software and
software-as-a-service products through the product life cycle. Prior to
joining FusionOne, Sadashiva was the vice president of products at
Trimble, and also served as the chief product strategist at Openwave
Systems.

Also joining FusionOne as the senior vice president of product and
operations is Seetharaman Mani Ramasubramani. An accomplished technical
management executive in the software, Internet, and telecommunications
industries, Ramasubramani has a proven track record for developing and
delivering large scale systems and embedded products. Prior to joining
FusionOne, he served as a strategy and technology consultant for
Avistar Communications and Buzzwire. He was also the director of
engineering at Openwave Systems.

Rounding out the new executive team is Ed Battle, who joins as chief
financial officer and senior vice president of finance and
administration. In his over 15 years of experience in the technology
industry, Ed has been responsible for a wide range of activities,
spanning from new business development to finance and operations. He
most recently served as the chief financial officer of BridgePort
Networks, a provider of mobile-to-Voice over IP roaming technology. Ed
also co-founded AdOn Networks, a Search Engine Management software
services firm, and SimStar, a web development firm focused on the
health care industry.

FusionOne has now reached a level of maturity that the industry can
scale with confidently, said Mike Mulica, CEO of FusionOne. Mohan, Mani
and Ed will play critical roles in FusionOne s growth and evolution
from a small company offering innovative solutions into one that is
consistently recognized as a reliable solutions provider for its
customers and partners around the world.
