ADC Delivers Multi-Carrier In-Building Cellular For the City of Leduc's Black Gold Centre

MINNEAPOLIS --(Business Wire)-- ADC (NASDAQ: ADCT) (www.adc.com) today announced that its InterReach Fusion(R) in-building cellular system is delivering advanced cellular coverage and capacity for the Black Gold Centre in Leduc, a rapidly growing city south of Edmonton and site of the 2008 Alberta Winter Games.

The Black Gold Centre currently houses aquatics, curling and hockey arenas, and is undergoing a major expansion that will add more hockey arenas, a twin field house and additional community facilities. The Centre is also a designated disaster management/recovery communication and command facility for the area. The new InterReach Fusion system provides strong and pervasive cellular coverage for customers of Rogers, Bell Mobility, and Telus Mobility.

"We wanted to ensure coverage throughout the facility for local residents as well as the City's Disaster Management Team," said Leduc Mayor Greg Krischke. "The InterReach Fusion system proved to be the best choice because it allowed us to support three local cellular carriers with lower equipment and deployment costs while delivering a very high quality of coverage. Ensuring safe and secure city-run facilities is a top priority for this city council."

"Our InterReach Fusion system is ideal for facilities that want to enable strong multi-carrier coverage without the hassle of deploying separate systems for each carrier," said John Spindler, vice president of product management for ADC. "We are pleased to be servicing Canadian customers such as Leduc's Black Gold Centre and the venues for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver."
