Cited by Internet Telephony as one of the most innovative products of the year, Sunrise Telecom's CM2000 was created specifically to meet the increased challenges faced by cable operators delivering advanced services over DOCSIS 2.0 networks. Sunrise Telecom stated that the CM2000 sets a new standard for testing high-speed data, VoIP telephone, and digital and analog video services. These unique features enable operators to speed installations and reduce repair time, while significantly increasing quality of service (QoS). In addition, the Windows CE operating system offers a compelling platform because of its user familiarity, Internet Explorer browser, and flexibility for future expansion. "The CM2000, one of the most powerful and easy-to-use DOCSIS network analyzers, provides cable TV technicians with a single instrument to validate a network's capacity to deliver next-generation services," said Rob Ennis, Sunrise Telecom's Vice President of Product Marketing, Broadband Products Group. "We're delighted that Internet Telephony, one of the markets leading authorities on NGN recognizes the innovative capabilities that the CM2000 brings to the market."
