DiVitas Networks announced that for the second consecutive year it has
been awarded the Product of the Year award from Internet Telephony, a
publication in the VoIP/IP telephony industry.

Internet Telephony recognizes the most innovative products by bestowing
the award upon the most deserving companies. The editors of Internet
Telephony judged contenders for their ability to demonstrate the
vision, leadership and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of
the Product of the Year award.

"We are once again excited to recognize the greatest achievements in
the advancement of VoIP and IP telecommunications technologies in
2007," said Rich Tehrani, TMC President and Editor-in-Chief of Internet
Telephony magazine. "DiVitas has done an exceptional job of not only
building a rock-solid mobile-convergence solution, but also for
shipping their solution in such a timely manner to enterprise customers
throughout the world. We were so impressed by their solution and all
they accomplished in 2007 that we made the decision to honor them two
years in a row."

"Winning Internet Telephony magazine's Product of the Year award for a
second time is a major achievement - and honor - for a young company
like DiVitas," said Vivek Khuller, President and CEO of DiVitas
Networks. "Each award we win continues to validate our leadership and
progress in the Mobile Unified Communications space. Our solution began
shipping shortly after winning this award last year, and already we are
helping more than 50 businesses worldwide mobilize their workforce and
business applications."
