Pennington Allen Capital Partners has named Tyler G. White and Jeffrey S. Allen as financial analysts, and promoted Emily K. Krause to manager of communications and marketing.

White has held senior positions within marketing and technology companies in New York and Tulsa for the past five years.

Allen has served as president of Allen Development LLC, a residential development firm in Tulsa, for the past two years. He also has worked as a project estimator for Manhattan Construction.

Krause joined Pennington in December 2006, and most recently served as executive assistant. She previously worked for five years at Premier Staffing.

ENERGY

Global Power Equipment Group Inc. has named David L. Willis as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Willis most recently was with Alvarez and Marsal, where he served clients in advisory and interim management capacities overseeing the development and implementation of initiatives to improve operational and financial performance.

He also has worked for Williams Cos. Inc. and Ernst & Young.

ENTERTAINMENT

Tulsa Drillers has promoted Bradon Shiers to manager of group ticket sales.

Shiers joined the Drillers in January 2007.

Also, Geoff Beatty has been named group ticket sales assistant, Kyle Manigold ticket sales assistant, Mark Rasmus sen operations assistant and Michael Taranto promotions and merchandise assistant.

FINANCIAL

BOK Financial Corp. has named Deborah Cardoza and Sheryl White as assistant vice presidents -- credit specialist III and branch manager I, respectively -- in the consumer banking and wealth management division.

Cardoza previously was employed with MidFirst Bank, while White was with Liberty Bank of Arkansas.

Christopher Graber has been named vice president, managing director, merchant banking/private equity investing, in the commercial banking division. Previously, Graber was employed with the Renewable Energy Group.

Sally Kelley was appointed vice president, PFS trust administrator III, in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Kelley was formerly self-employed.

John Krider was promoted to vice president, manager international payment ops, in the consumer banking and wealth management division. Krider joined the bank in April 1997.

Elizabeth Barnes, Tammy Bell, Thomas Dye and Sharene Huntley have been promoted to assistant vice president -- business analyst II, business analyst III, purchasing and office services manager, and business application development manager, respectively -- in the operations and technology division.



Barnes joined BOk in January 2005, while Bell joined in April 2002, Dye in February 2004 and Huntley in May 2002.

F&M Bank and Trust Co. has promoted Jo Ann Stall to vice president/BSA compliance officer.


Stall previously was second vice president-BSA compliance officer.

Also, Carrie Wilber has been promoted to banking officer-assistant compliance officer. Wilber most recently was BSA compliance analyst.

Kelly Gill has been promoted to second vice president-consumer banking. He previously was a consumer banking analyst.

And Kim Orth has been hired as vice president/banking center manager.

MidFirst Bank has named Thom Meyer as senior vice president-lending administration.

Meyer had been employed for more than seven years at Bank of Oklahoma, most recently serving as senior vice president for credit services. He also has worked for First Credit Solutions and Commercial Financial Services in Tulsa, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in Washington D.C., Denver and Tulsa, and Phoenix Federal Savings and Loan Association in Muskogee, and has more than 20 years of banking experience.

First Fidelity Bank has promoted Alyssa Sims to Tulsa area market manager.

Sims previously served office manager of First Fidelity's office in Noble, Okla. She has more than six years of banking experience.

LEGAL

Pray Walker Jackman Williamson and Marlar announced that Chad C. Taylor has become a shareholder of the firm.

Taylor will concentrate his litigation practice in business, insurance, real estate and tort disputes in both state and federal courts.

ORGANIZATIONS

Operation Aware of Oklahoma Inc. has elected Susan Walker, an attorney with Boone Smith Davis Hurst & Dickman, as chairman of its board of directors.

Also elected were Jeff Kendall, Arvest Bank, chairman-elect; Kim Fairchild, Tullius Taylor Sartain & Sartain, treasurer; and Kay Kittleman, SemGroup LP, secretary.

David W. Bryant II, Dave Bryant Agency, serves as immediate past chairman.

New board members include Raj Basi, Williams Cos.; James F. Consedine II, Benefit Plan Strategies; Frank X. Henke IV, American Bank & Trust Co.; Cathy McDonald, Williams Cos.; Debbie Reed, AEP-PSO and Leadership Tulsa intern; and Amy Scott, community volunteer.

Barb Osteen, Deloitte Consulting Outsourcing, is a returning board member who served previously in 2005.

Chinowth & Cohen Realtors has named Rod McCalman as business development and recruitment director.

McCalman has experience in expanding companies, recruiting and retention in the real estate industry, along with in operations, sales and management, budgeting and business development.
