Factonomy, a leading enabler of web-based business solutions, announced
today that Quorum Network Resources" has agreed to license the
Factonomy Framework". As a result of the deal, Quorum Network
Resources, a provider of advanced infrastructure, security, e-commerce
and e-business solutions, will be able to prototype applications more
quickly.

"We can reduce the time it takes us to prototype applications by around
30 per cent thanks to the unique approach Factonomy take to application
development," said Charles Scott, Consultancy Director with Quorum
Network Resources. "Working with Factonomy gives us better control
over the quality of our development and means our customers will get to
see the look and feel of their applications much more quickly."

Scott says the Factonomy Framework will speed development across the
firm's wide-ranging client base, from the high-tech manufacturing and
support markets to the banking sector. Quorum's clients vary in scale
from a small finance house of 40 employees to a multi-national banking
institution with in excess of 100,000 employees.

"Our technology offers real productivity benefits, reducing the time
and cost it takes to develop applications," said CEO of Factonomy,
Geoff Kell. "Unlike any other development platform, the Factonomy
Framework allows developers to work independently on functionality,
content and style, so they can deliver solutions which are agile,
flexible and cost effective."

Kell said an extensive range of solutions had already been developed on
the Factonomy Framework and revealed further licensing announcements
would follow:

"We are currently talking to a number of potential licensees who are
looking to tap into a wide range of new markets," said Kell. "They are
keen to do business with us because our framework, which is based on
declarative XML, is flexible, facilitates rapid development and runs in
a familiar web-based environment, which ensures enthusiastic user
adoption, dramatically increasing productivity," he said.
