Spanish cybernauts create new investment firm (Internautas de toda Espana crean una entidad de inversion)
(Expansion Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) In Spain, a group of 144 cybernauts and people living overseas have come together to form Foxinver The Clever Investments SL, an investment firm with share capital of 1.35m euros. Foxinver The Clever Investments SL is a novel development in that until now, the internet has given rise to share market clubs but not investment firms.
Some of the more experienced internet users, with their own private share market investments, met last October and decided to create an investment firm. This firm took shape on November 30. The firm's ownership structure is diverse both in geographical and occupational terms, with the owners coming from fields as diverse as law, construction, baking and business. Each of the 144 investors has invested between 3,000 and 30,000 euros in Foxinver The Clever Investments SL, which is planning an open rights issue for February or March. The general manager of the new firm is Tomas Noguerol Miranda. Original article by Abeta Chas
