Bradford Networks, a provider of comprehensive network access control
(NAC) solutions, was named an SC Magazine Innovator of the Year for its
NAC Director solution -- an out-of- band, agent-based access control
policy management engine that leverages existing network assets.

In the December 2007 issue of the magazine, SC Magazine Technology
Editor Peter Stephenson wrote, "Tactically NAC Director pushes access
control policy enforcement to the edge of the enterprise where it
belongs. Strategically, NAC Director leverages the assets on the
network to keep pace with the unique security architecture of each
individual enterprise."

SC Magazine also applauded NAC Director's ease of use and vision to
provide the highly scalable architecture necessary to support the
exploding number of wireless devices and networks.

From all the products it evaluated during 2007, the magazine selected
just 18 SC Magazine Innovators based on importance in the security
landscape, comprehensiveness, ongoing product value, and innovation.
The first of SC Magazine's yearly Look Ahead sections honors SC
Magazine Innovators and covers access control, analysis and testing,
perimeter defense, data protection, and security infrastructure tools.
The publication looked to help readers answer the question, "If we are
going to buy security tools in the next 12 to 18 months, what should we
be looking at?"

"As an SC Magazine Innovator of the Year, Bradford is honored to be
recognized as one of the IT security pioneers working to more
holistically safeguard company networks," said Mike Gadoury, Bradford
Networks founder and CEO. "We're proud that SC Magazine recognizes the
value our automated identity management, end point compliance, and
usage policy enforcement capabilities bring to addressing current and
future access security challenges."
