Prior to working for LNXI, Koehler was Corporate Controller for Altiris, Inc. (recently acquired by Symantec, Inc.), where he assisted in the initial and secondary public stock offerings and helped manage several acquisitions. Koehler held previous financial management positions with Handspring, Inc. in Mountain View, California (later acquired by Palm, Inc.) and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Jose, California. During his tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Koehler provided auditing and consulting services to many high technology companies, with an emphasis in the software and Internet industries. Mr. Koehler holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy, Professional Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA.
