LNXI Promotes Bryan Koehler to Chief Financial Officer

LNXI (Linux Networx, Inc.), an

promoted Bryan Koehler from Corporate Controller to the position of Chief
Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr. Koehler will oversee the worldwide finance, accounting, and IT
functions of Linux Networx. He has experience working with many notable
high technology companies, preparing them for and taking them through their
initial public offerings, securing private equity funding, and implementing
policies and procedures including the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley.

Prior to working for LNXI, Koehler was Corporate Controller for Altiris,
Inc. (recently acquired by Symantec, Inc.), where he assisted in the
initial and secondary public stock offerings and helped manage several
acquisitions. Koehler held previous financial management positions with
Handspring, Inc. in Mountain View, California (later acquired by Palm,
Inc.) and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Jose, California. During his
tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Koehler provided auditing and
consulting services to many high technology companies, with an emphasis in
the software and Internet industries.

Mr. Koehler holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business
Administration and a Masters of Accountancy, Professional Accountancy
degree from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant
and member of the AICPA.
