Vigilar Selects eIQnetworks' SecureVue Platform for Atlas Log Management Module

eIQnetworks, a global provider of integrated security, risk and audit
management solutions, announced that Vigilar, an information security
solutions and services provider, is leveraging eIQ's flagship SecureVue
platform to offer enterprise customers a managed log service as part of
its Atlas Security- as-a-Service solution.

Vigilar, which serves cross-industry large and mid-size enterprises
throughout the U.S., selected SecureVue as the foundation for its Atlas
log management service module to provide customers with information
relevant to security posture and compliance requirements. By offering a
secure, tamper- proof, automated audit trail for all system and
application components, this module enables reconstruction of and
reporting on all user activity and events for easier forensics analysis
and compliance with standards, such as PCI and Sarbanes-Oxley. In
addition, customers can have Vigilar's team of experts conduct daily
log reviews for event discovery and notification.

"Log management is critical to a solid security and compliance
posture," said Ryan English, director of product management at Vigilar.
"Customers today need to not only view logs, but also make sure they
are stored in a tamper- proof format that is easily accessible for
auditing purposes. By working with eIQ, our new Atlas Log Management
Service tracks, manages and stores logs in compliance with PCI and
other standards to meet evolving requirements."

eIQ's SecureVue platform combines next-generation security information
management (SIM) with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management
to improve operational efficiency and reduce management complexity.
With end-to- end correlation and advanced policy management, SecureVue
enables security-as- a-service providers to collect, correlate,
archive, analyze and report on all critical security and compliance
data.

"The SIM market is growing rapidly to meet enterprise business needs,
making it a highly attractive technology for managed security service
providers," said John Sullivan, senior vice president of field
operations at eIQnetworks. "SecureVue provides a strategic platform
that enables organizations like Vigilar to easily support new business

compliance management services."
