Symmetricom QoE Assurance Division's Chief Technology Officer Featured as Panelist at Mobile Internet World 2007

Symmetricom announced Yves Cognet, chief technology officer for
Symmetricom's QoE Assurance Division, is speaking on "The Rise of
Mobile Video" panel session at Mobile Internet World 2007 on Thursday,
November 15, 2:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. EST.

personalization, role of location and subscriber "state of context". In
addition to Cognet, other panelists include Dr. Alexander Trommen, COO

Qualcomm MediaFLO Technologies; and Juliane Schulze, senior partner at
PeacefulFish.

As division CTO, Cognet is responsible for Symmetricom's video
technology strategy and vision, which includes the V-Factor QoE
Platform, Symmetricom's flagship video monitoring solution. Prior to
Symmetricom, Cognet was a founder of QoSmetrics (acquired by
Symmetricom), Experdata and Quallaby (acquired by Micromuse). He is an
expert in IP networks and testing, having spent more than 25 years in
the fields of test and measurement and networking with companies such
as Philips Telecom, IBM and Netcom Systems.

Taking place November 13-15, the Mobile Internet World conference
program features three days of seminars, workshops, executive summits
