Avanade acquires Danish ERP consultant HOB Business Solutions A/S(Nordic Business Report Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) International IT consulting group Avanade, jointly owned by Microsoft and Accenture, said on Thursday (1 November) that it has acquired the Danish consulting company HOB Business Solutions A/S. HOB Business Solutions, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, sells and installs ERP solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics AX. The acquisition doubles Avanade's activities on the danish market and strengthens its position within Microsoft Dynamics. No financial details were disclosed.
