(Wireless News Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)
Los Angeles-based Cyber-Rain has announced that green industry veteran
Judy Guido has joined its management team as its Chief Marketing
Officer.
The announcement comes one month after the company launched its
Cyber-Rain XCI product, a residential irrigation system that gives
homeowners an easy way to save 30-70 percent on their landscape
watering bills by using PC and wireless technology with a little
guidance from Mother Nature to protect natural resources.
Bringing two decades of experience in the green industry to the
position, Guido served as a marketing, business development, sales and
strategy executive at a number of the country s Fortune 500 and largest
green landscape management and development companies. She served as CMO
and VP of Valley Crest, the nation s largest privately held landscape
management and development company. She also served as the Senior
Marketing, Sales and Strategy executive with Service Master, some of
whose brands include TruGreen-Chemlawn, TruGreen-Landcare and Terminix.
Guido was one of four executives who took LandCare USA public on the
New York Stock Exchange and was noted as the highest-ranking woman in
the green industry.
In announcing the hire, company CEO Matt Ridenour said, We welcome Judy
Guido to our executive team and feel she brings significant strengths
and deep experience in the green industry to Cyber-Rain. Her career
focus on marketing, business development and strategy will help the
company strengthen its brand and grow market share.
