Real Capital Taps Appian Enterprise BPM Suite

(Bank Systems & Technology Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Everett, Wash.-based Real Capital, an affiliate of Barclays North, completed its initial deployment of the Enterprise BPM Suite from Vienna, Va.-based Appian; all processes within Real Capital's loan origination system are now automated, the financial institution says. Appian Enterprise allows applications and supporting documents to pull customer information from the company's CRM application automatically, eliminating the need for employees to manually input the majority of applicant data.
