mywaves and Versaly Entertainment Team Up to Offer 'Fast Lane' Mobile Video-On-Demand Programming

SEATTLE --(Business Wire)-- Vmbc.tv, the video business unit of Versaly(R) Entertainment and a leading aggregator and distributor of mobile video-on-demand (MVOD) programming, today announced it has entered into an agreement with mywaves, the premier mobile video destination for consumers, to offer the highly successful "Fast Lane" mobile video-on-demand channel to mywaves users.

Vmbc.tv will make available to the global mywaves audience, Fast Lane mobisodes that feature content geared towards 18-34 year old males and are sponsored by premier brands such as Puma, AT&T and Castrol GTX. Fast Lane has streamed over 2 million mobile video-on-demand clips to consumers in the first nine months of this year. By adding Fast Lane on mywaves, Vmbc.tv projects surpassing 4 million views in 2007.

"Fast Lane mobisodes are perfectly suited for mywaves users, who are looking for fresh, funny, action-packed, high-quality video content on their phone," said Matthew Feldman, president and CEO of Versaly.

"Fast Lane is a great addition to our line-up of channels. mywaves is providing the ideal portal for advertisers of Fast Lane programming to connect with today's increasingly mobile consumer, the hard-to-reach 18-34 year old male; which is our primary demographic," said Rajeev Raman, CEO and founder of mywaves.

Vmbc.tv's Fast Lane programming will include sketch comedy, soccer, full-contact fighting, cars, sexy girls and much more; and will be updated twice weekly. Like all mywaves content, these new mobisodes will be available for free at mywaves.com.
