Integrien Continues Momentum in IT Automation Market
IRVINE, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Integrien Corporation, the leader in integrity management solutions, today recapped results from the first half of 2007, which highlight the company's growing momentum in the market for IT automation software. Integrien's product enables the predictable operation of mission critical applications by providing the intelligence needed to prevent problems from affecting business services. Integrien has evolved its software offering, Alive(TM), to help enterprises combat some of the most severe pain points for IT operations staff, resulting in an impressive 360% revenue increase in the first half of 2007 versus the same time in 2006. In addition, Integrien expanded its executive team, customer base and partner ecosystem to drive future growth.
"We're seeing risk to companies as a result of new technologies like SOAs and virtualization that many have not anticipated," said Al Eisaian, CEO of Integrien. "These technologies greatly increase the complexity of IT, and managing this complexity using existing tools is becoming untenable. In short, this complexity is making system outages and slowdowns much more difficult to pinpoint and control, let alone predict. Integrien's ability to help organizations cope with this complexity and quickly detect and resolve problems before business operations are impacted continues to spur the company's growth, and I'm confident we will continue this momentum through the end of the year."
In early 2007 Integrien revealed Alive 5.5 at DEMO, showcasing its ability to use enhanced problem fingerprint and self-learning technology to help change the way IT systems are measured and proactively address IT problem management. Integrien further recognized the issues associated with problem detection and resolution, and later released Alive 5.6 in May which leverages current investments in IBM Tivoli and provides users with insight into how the performance of IT systems impact business services. Integrien also filed for three patents for new technology that revolutionizes how IT can measure and manage its distributed, interdependent systems in order to predict and prevent failures.
Integrien also received several industry accolades validating its success in the space, as Gartner, Inc. recognized Integrien as innovative, impactful and intriguing and included the company in a list of "Cool Vendors in IT Operations Management, 2007". The nation's largest technology association, AeA, also paid tribute to Integrien's strides in infrastructure management, by honoring the company with the AeA Innovative Software Award for Alive.
During the first half of 2007, Integrien focused on strengthening its already consummate executive team by welcoming marketing veteran Roy Agostino as CMO. With a laser-focus on recruiting the best talent with relevant industry experience and knowledge to help support key business initiatives, Integrien named former Mercury Interactive CFO and IBM Tivoli President, David Murphy, to the company's board of directors. Integrien also held its first conference, "Downtime: Zero," to address the new technology of application availability. As such, Integrien expects to see continued brand innovation and company growth as the year progresses.
