Inc. magazine today ranked IneoQuest, a provider of Multi-Dimensional
Video Quality Management Systems and global provider of advanced
quality and service assurance solutions for IP Video, at No. 427 on its
26th annual Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in
the U.S.

"If you want to find out which companies are going to change the world,
look at the Inc. 500," said Inc. Editor Jane Berentson. "These are the
most innovative, dynamic, fast-growth companies in the nation, the ones
coming up with solutions to some of our most intractable ills, creating
systems that let us conduct business faster and easier, and
manufacturing products we soon discover we can't live without. The Inc.
500 list is Inc. magazine's tribute to American business ingenuity and
ambition."

IneoQuest's mission of reducing operational expenses (OPEX) for video
providers while assuring IP Video quality has put the company's
services in higher demand with cable operators, telecom service
providers and video equipment manufacturers. Over the last 12 months,
IneoQuest has garnered numerous headlines and awards with the release
of its IP Video Management System (iVMS), and its industry-unique,
end-to-end video quality assurance platform, IQPinPoint. The global
provider of IP video test and measurement tools has enjoyed a
three-year growth rate of 672.3 percent and now has over 300 unique
video provider customers under its belt. IneoQuest researches, designs
and builds its hardware and software in its own manufacturing facility
in Mansfield, Mass.

"IneoQuest is thrilled to be part of Inc. magazine's impressive roster
of fast-growing, private companies," said Marc A. Todd, president and
CEO of IneoQuest. "The last three years have proven to be a major
growth period for our company, as IP video providers begin to
understand the necessity of a purpose-built quality and service
assurance solution to keep expenses low and retain subscribers. We are
encouraged by this growth and are continuing to offer first-to-market,
cutting-edge products and services including Switched Digital Video
(SDV) monitoring and test tools for our customers."

The 2007 Inc. 500, as revealed in the September issue of Inc. magazine
(on newsstands August 28 - October 2), reported an aggregate revenue of
$16 billion and median three-year growth of 939 percent. Most
important, the 2007 Inc. 500 companies were engines of job growth,
having created more than 64,064 jobs since those companies were founded.

"One of our goals when starting IneoQuest was to provide high-quality
jobs for as many of the region's talented engineers as possible," noted
Todd. "I'm pleased that companies like IneoQuest and other Inc. 500
winners are being recognized for their contributions to the economic
landscape."
