If Latvia chooses Ultimus solution

Ultimus, a provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow
software and solutions, has announced that If Latvia, the Latvian
subsidiary of the property and casualty insurance company in the Nordic
region, is using the Ultimus BPM Suite to speed up its automotive
claims handling process and involve car dealers and car repair shops to
participate in it.

With this If Latvia is understood to have become the first insurance
provider in the country to automate its claims handling process.

Instead of visiting the insurance company to submit automotive claim,
customers can go directly to the car repair shop and have everything
taken care of there, the company noted.
