First State Bank of Waynoka, Oklahoma Returns to McCoy Myers

AMARILLO, Texas, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- McCoy Myers and Associates (OTC Pink Sheets: CSVI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), is pleased to announce that First State Bank of Waynoka, Okla., has chosen to return to the company for its data processing needs. First State, with nearly $34 million in assets, was previously a customer of McCoy Myers from 1981 to 1989.

First State is making two significant changes by returning to McCoy Myers. First, they will be processed in a service bureau environment rather than in- house. Second, they will be returning to people and service they know and trust. First State will take advantage of McCoy Myers' telecommunications infrastructure and remote bank image capture solutions through McCoy Myers' Amarillo data center.

McCoy Myers' Vice President of Sales Bill Maxwell stated that a number of factors affected the bank's decision.

"Audit requirements, finding qualified personnel and the cost of compliance for in-house banks like First State put a strain on management and financials," said Maxwell. "In addition, with remote bank image capture, the bank will have the ability to transmit items throughout the day to us for electronic clearing. Because image capture uses inexpensive hardware instead of the traditional proof equipment, First State will now have a new, much more convenient and economic solution."

Mick George, President of First State Bank, expounded on the decision. "Doing business with a strong company like McCoy Myers and its parent CSI, and the people we have known for years, made our decision an easy one once we decided to go to data center processing."
