Endavo will receive content delivery fees and a percentage of the advertising fees generated by SpawnPoint from the thousands of registered members and visitors of the SpawnPoint community. In 2006, SpawnPoint distributed exclusive high-quality content with some having a distribution of over 75,000 unique downloads. With partners like Creative-Movies and their own branded delivery medium, SPAWN.TV, SpawnPoint has the capability of delivering millions of impressions through this new product. "Partnering with Endavo simply allows us to cost-effectively provide additional premium entertainment services to our gaming community, generate new revenues, and draw more users into the SpawnPoint community," said Shane Robinett, PHXX co-founder and CTO. Endavo's EnHance utilizes the latest managed P2P distribution technologies to deliver up to HD quality video directly to audiences for on-demand viewing without buffering or stuttering and at a fraction of the cost of traditional distribution methods. EnHance can serve as a stand-alone online entertainment solution or can be seamlessly integrated into Endavo's various other video streaming and download platforms, as well as customers' existing user database systems. "Our unique solution, combining delivery of P2P on-demand content with in-stream video and advertising, integrates with SpawnPoint's existing membership database, therefore seamlessly enabling SpawnPoint to further entertain their gaming community with the highest quality video delivery," said Paul D Hamm, Endavo CEO. "We look forward to working with Shane and his team as SpawnPoint's community continues to grow."
