AMBLETEK IN TALKS FOR ACQUISITION (opening another unit in Mumbai shortly)

(India Business Insight Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Ambletek Solutions of Bangalore is on the lookout for an acquisition to penetrate the financial services sector.

The company says that it has started negotiations with a local firm and expects to announce the acquisition soon.Ambletek has set up a facility in Chennai and will shortly be opening another unit in Mumbai.The company is also planning to set up an offshore development and testing centre for financial services products.
