Charys Announces its Newest Division Wins First Major Contract
ATLANTA --(Business Wire)-- Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys") (OTCBB:CHYS) a provider of wireless communications, data infrastructure and restoration and reconstruction services, today announced the completion of the integration of two wholly-owned subsidiaries; Aeon Technologies, Inc. and Method IQ, Inc. They have spent the past two months integrating their Business Enterprise focused units to create the end-to-end solutions business for their combined customer base consisting of Fortune 500 companies. In a collective effort, the new Aeon Integrated Solutions division ("Aeon") finalized its first contract, an agreement that provides a complete suite of advanced IP technology product offerings.
The new "Aeon Integrated Solutions" first client is a large family services charity headquartered in south Florida. Aeon is to implement a complete VoIP solution, including a new fiber backbone which will support multiple locations, along with the expansion of its existing IP PBX solution for more than 300 agents and employees.
"Method IQ is very excited to see our integration strategy immediately begin to pay dividends," stated Alex Castro, VP of Sales for Aeon. "We have been deploying IP/PBX solutions for years; however, the addition of networking infrastructure solutions that Method IQ brings to our product mix has proven to be a real asset to our clients."
"In the past, customers needed to align IP-PBX solutions from one vendor, with a VoIP ready network from another solutions provider, and separately manage those vendors and projects. Now Aeon can provide customers with a true end-to-end solution; leveraging the combined domain expertise in IP PBX and networking solutions. Today's announcement demonstrates that our new strategy is resonating with our customer base as a clearly differentiated solution."
Wade Clark, President of Aeon commented, "Through our integration efforts we have established a firm that possesses the skills and resources which will enable our customers to benefit from our combined expertise in the convergence of data, voice, and video across all types of communications networks. Therefore, utilizing the strong quality management processes we have developed in conjunction with our ISO9001:2000 efforts. Our customers have stated clearly that they prefer a complete and managed solution. That goal has now become our promise."
