Integrien Alive Used in Tata Consultancy Services Center of Excellence to Achieve Ideal Application Performance

IRVINE, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Integrien Corporation, the leader in integrity management software and solutions, today announced it has expanded its strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). As part of this, TCS has made Integrien Alive an important part of the technology infrastructure of its SAP Center of Excellence, which the company uses to test the latest SAP applications and components. Alive will be leveraged specifically during the "Post Implementation and Ongoing" phase within the Center's operations.

The TCS Centers of Excellence are located throughout the world, with five sited within the U.S. These centers deliver value to both existing and prospective TCS customers. For existing TCS customers, Alive will be used for real-time systems and data analysis. This will enable customers to see performance degradations and metrics in SAP applications, as well as how application outages or slowdowns can be predicted and prevented before they occur.

Integrien Alive 5.5 solves a number of problems related to maintaining application availability and service levels. Alive analyzes in real-time the critical metrics across the technology silos (network nodes, servers, and logical subsystems including databases and application servers) that together deliver an IT service in order to predict and help IT staff prevent a failure before it occurs.
