Tpad offers free incoming SIP numbers to each customer

(Tele.com Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) A unique incoming SIP number is being offered to customers free of charge by Tpad, an Internet telephone provider.

According to Tpad it will provide as many numbers for customers as are requested, at no extra charge. The company said it does not believe it is fair to charge people for a number to enable them to receive calls.

Tpad will provide a number to each member of a household that wants one.

Tpad also charges 'per second' billing, offers a free voicemail to e-mail service and does not make a connection charge on calls, and says it aims to keep Internet telephone calling as simple as possible.
