Together, the three companies provide a wide spectrum of regulatory and quality solutions to the life science industry. Q Pharma remains under the same ownership and senior management team. Q Pharma will leverage the expertise of all three operating companies, unifying corporate functions and streamlining costs. To that end, the operating companies will share certain corporate-level functions, such as quality, regulatory compliance, and project management.
