ATLANTA, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Innotrac Corporation announced today that the press release purportedly made on its behalf at 8:31 a.m. this morning regarding a multi-year, multi-million dollar services agreement with a Siemens entity was not authorized by the Company and is totally untrue. The Company is in the process of investigating the source of such press release, but confirms that it does not believe that the source was from within the Company and that there is no truth to the reported agreement with Siemens.
