Maximizer Software Sells CRM To CCMC

Maximizer Software Inc., a vendor of customer relationship management (CRM) and contact management products, has announced that CCMC Inc., a vendor of integration products for the financial services industry, has deployed Maximizer Enterprise.

Headquartered in Altamonte Springs, Florida, CCMC Inc. sells interfaces and custom software products for the financial industry. CCMC's Bridge products, company officials claim, can be found in "over 800 banks, credit unions and mortgage companies ranging from $2 million to over $15 billion in assets across the United States."

HostBridge, HomeBridge, WebBridge and CheckBridge are designed to integrate key business processes, streamline workflow and improve productivity.

"Maximizer Enterprise provides the right product at the right time for successful management of CCMC's explosive growth," said Dave Willis, President of CCMC Inc., adding that the company "selected Maximizer Enterprise for its complete sales and marketing, customer service and reporting capabilities. Integration with Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook and Intuit QuickBooks is also a real plus."

Maximizer Enterprise automates tasks that were slowing CCMC's response time on client inquiries. Customer service now has access to a knowledge base and can manage relationships with customers from a single system.

In early November Maximizer rolled up its sleeves to duke it out with Sage for the SMB market, announcing a "number of product enhancements and special offers," company officials say, aimed at "providing small businesses with a superior alternative to Sage Software's popular contact management product ACT! 2007."

The company has outlined what it considers "significant areas of superiority," including mobility, support for small business growth including pricing options, industry-specific versions, system functionality and speed.

Maximizer 9 considers itself a direct competitor of Sage Software's ACT! 2007, and touts its own sales and contact management with integration Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel) integration and reporting functionality, from built-in Business Objects Crystal Reports XI.

This fall Maximizer announced financial results for its third quarter ended August 31, 2006. For the third quarter of 2006 the company's total revenues increased 12 percent to $4.9 million compared to $4.3 million in the corresponding quarter of 2005. Operating expenses and cost of sales were $4.9 million (including a one-time restructuring cost of $0.3 million) compared to $4.2 million in the corresponding quarter of 2005.

In June Maximizer announced that Kapow Technologies, a portal and content integration platform provider, selected Maximizer Enterprise over Salesforce.com (News - Alert) to "support its growth targets," according to company officials.
