Ensynch Names Gene Holmquist Chief Executive Officer


TEMPE, Ariz. --(Business Wire)-- Ensynch Inc., the Southwest's leading provider of IT infrastructure services, announced today the unanimous appointment of Gene Holmquist as CEO of Ensynch by its Board of Directors, effective December 1, 2006. He currently serves as President of Ensynch, and has been in the role since 2001. He succeeds Kurt Bunney, a 20-year veteran of the IT industry, who will remain Chairman of Ensynch's Board of Directors, and will continue to work with customers and partners.

Holmquist will continue to serve as President of the company in addition to his new role as CEO.
