PunchStock Integrates CRM with Microsoft Dynamics to Enhance Customer Experience

PunchStock, a global provider of imagery used by artists, graphic designers and advertisers has selected Maximizer Enterprise for integration to its Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics ERP system.



PunchStock has recently opened new offices and experienced significant additions to its product line as well as a double-digit annual growth. The company was therefore searching for a means to provide an efficient, personalized customer experience and wanted to take advantage of its existing Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning system.

Maximizer Enterprise was chosen by PunchStock for its proven client management functionality and potential for integration with Microsoft Dynamics.



Curt Chambers, chief operating officer, PunchStock expects the deployment of technologies from Microsoft and Maximizer Software  will give their salespeople and research staff the tools they need to manage the complete client experience.

Since Maximizer Enterprise is tightly integrated with PunchStock’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, PunchStock can use the system to automate several routine tasks, reduce administrative busy work and improve its responsiveness with clients.

PunchStock will also use the integrated system to manage Website inquiries, incoming phone inquiries, the quoting and invoicing process as well as order management. The system will enable the company to better understand the purchasing activities of its clients.

Additionally, the marketing department of PunchStock can use this information to better segment its marketing campaigns and create more customized promotions. Moreover email interactions such as quote requests and approvals can be managed within the system since Maximizer Enterprise is integrated with Microsoft Outlook.

“Linking top technologies from Microsoft and Maximizer Software is a smart strategy,” said Peter Callaghan, chief sales officer, Maximizer Software in a press release.

He continued: “With complete visibility into client preferences and buying patterns, PunchStock will be better positioned to service their clients with a customer experience that is both timely and relevant.”
