SER Wins ATA Technovation Award

The award was presented at the 2006 ATA Annual Convention & Exposition.
Held at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort on October 8-11, this yearly convention attracts call center executives and managers from around the world, providing a forum for networking with the industry's leading teleservices organizations, and offering attendees the chance to evaluate the newest products and solutions available in the contact center industry.
