EBSuite, Asteres Hook Up For CRMBy David Sims TMCnet Contributing Editor EBSuite.com, an on-demand Customer Relationship Management vendor, has announced that Asteres Inc., the maker of ScriptCenter, the industry's first prescription drug pick-up kiosk for retail pharmacies, has adopted EBSuite's Customer Support and Sales Force Automation product. Asteres needed a CRM product to help manage customer support calls and case processing workflow. In addition to sharing all documents on customer accounts, including case history, information on decisions made and support activities, Asteres wanted something to be cost-effective and customizable. In May EBSuite.com announced a formal partnership with Alcatel (News - Alert) for their North American operations. Alcatel will offer a web based front-end and back-end internal customer support solution for its employees in North America. This software technology is intended to allow Alcatel’s North American HRIC to accurately record and track every employee point of contact across all personnel, functions, departments and call centers and efficiently escalate issues as required.
