China Mobile Gains over 10mn Mobile Wallet Service Users

Moreover, the Ministry of Information Industry, China's telecom industry authority, posted the carrier's total customers shot to more than 300 million not long ago, indicating one of 20 China Mobile users are enjoying the service of Mobile Wallet.
China Mobile has launched the service in nine provinces and cities across the nation such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hubei and Guangdong.
Subscribers are not only able to pay phone bills and inquire deposit on bank cards, but can buy e-air tickets and shop as well via the service. At the moment, users also can buy movie tickets through the service in Beijing.
