BancTec Enhances Payment and Document Process Outsourcing Solutions with Cognos 8 Business Intelligence; Rapidly Growing BPO Client Base to Realize Advanced Analysis and Reporting

DALLAS --(Business Wire)-- June 12, 2006 -- BancTec, a global provider of document and payment processing solutions, today announced that it has entered an OEM partnership with Cognos, the world leader in business intelligence (BI) and performance management solutions, to provide enhanced analysis and reporting to BancTec's business process outsourcing (BPO) clients.

BancTec will initially provide executive dashboard information to its BPO clients, with near-term plans to offer service-level agreement (SLA) analysis and reporting, key performance indicator (KPI) metric analysis and reporting, and customer access to SLA and KPI metrics.
