Internet Video Magazine helps you make your film stand out and get noticed

June 7, 2006 � San Diego, CA - Internet Video Magazine (www.internetvideomag.com) today announced the launch of the new �Why Is My Film Cool� feature that is designed to help aspiring video and filmmakers get their creative efforts seen and noticed. With dozens of sites hosting videos for free, and hundreds of thousand of video clips being uploaded every day from film makers worldwide, how can a good video or film stand out?



�Over 30,000 videos a day get uploaded to YouTube but, if you spend any time watching them, most are not very good or very interesting,� says Mark Shapiro, Internet Video Magazine video dude. �We are looking for those special short films and videos that people have taken the time to write, shoot, edit and then upload, - not just clips from funny TV shows or outtakes from their home videos. These videos need and deserve an audience. We are looking to spotlight creativity and filmmaking expertise.�

Internet Video Magazine�s staff will review the submitted films and then spotlight the best and most interesting on the Best Films of the Week page. In addition, the most outstanding films and videos will be also be archived in the appropriate areas like Best Funny Films, Best Animal Videos, Best Sports videos, Best Fake Commercials, Best Films for Dial-Up Connections, etc.
