Al Naboudah pins hopes on Audi Quattro 7(Gulf News Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)Dubai: Al Naboudah Automobiles aims to sell 600 new Audi Quattro 7s during the first year, and hopes to increase the numbers over the next five years. "The consumers are awaiting this four wheel drive SUV from Audi, and we expect that the Q7 will be a milestone in our sales this year," K. Rajaram, CEO of Al Naboudah Automobiles, told Gulf News. "Al Naboudah will launch the new Audi TT very soon, and we expect to have a new sports car from Audi next year, but right now we are focusing on the Q7," he added. "For 25 years Audi has been building the Quattro for cars, now we have the car built for Quattro. It is exactly what we need to push Audi further into the hearts of our customers in the emirate and we are convinced that the Q7 will be the turbo charger for our sales engine in the years to come," added Rajaram. The 2007 Audi Q7 4.2 Quattro is equipped with a 4.2-litre V8 FSI engine with direct injection gasoline technology producing 350 horsepower. The 2007 Q7 4.2 Quattro has a range of luxury features such as automatic Adaptive Bi-Xenon headlights, seven-passenger leather-upholstered seating, power tailgate, Audi's MMI system, automatic dual-zone climate control, 19-inch alloy wheels, 3,500 kg towing capacity, cruise control and keyless entry. The standard technology package consists of a rearview camera with rear acoustic parking system, advanced keyless entry and vehicle start system and DVD navigation. The 7-seater also features a three-panel Panorama sunroof and adaptive air suspension as a standard feature. The Audi Q7's prices begin at Dh240,000. |
