Properties of the Slideshow Widget such as speed or transitions can be modified by the user on the fly, without having to go back to their TagWorld site. Because widgets are based on standard web technologies such as Macromedia Flash and XML, it's easy for third party developers to create new widgets that users can easily add to TagWorld and other blogging and social networking sites. These widgets can then be shared with other users by simply clicking a Share button, allowing them to spread virally.
