[May 31, 2006] InsightExpress Appoints Michael Tsavaris Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Tweet STAMFORD, Conn. --(Business Wire)-- May 31, 2006 -- InsightExpress, a leading online market research firm, announced today the appointment of Michael Tsavaris to the position of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Tsavaris will oversee all financial, human resources and administrative functions at InsightExpress. A veteran of the research, media, advertising and accounting industries, he brings over 30 years of management and finance expertise to the company. Tsavaris replaces Lisa Miller, who has left the company. The appointment is effective immediately. Tsavaris joins InsightExpress from TNS, where he has held a series of key finance and management roles since 1997. From 2004 to 2006 he served as the CFO of the company's Global Healthcare Sector. Tsavaris held the position of CFO, North American Operations at NFO from 2000 to 2003, and when TNS acquired NFO in 2003 he became the North American Regional Integration Director. He served as VP of Finance for InsightExpress, at the time owned by NFO, from the company's launch in 1999 through 2000. As the Director of Corporate Development at NFO from 1997 to 1999, Tsavaris managed acquisitions and international financial reporting for the company. From 1985 to 1997, prior to joining TNS / NFO, Tsavaris served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Interep National Radio Sales of New York, a leading national radio advertising sales firm. He has also held the positions of Accounting Supervisor at Deloitte & Touche, a "Big 4" accounting firm located in New York, and Accounting Manager at Scali McCabe Sloves, a top 30 advertising agency also in New York. Tsavaris resides in Briarcliff Manor, NY with his wife, Mary, and his two sons, Andrew and Gregory. A graduate of Queens College, he holds a BA in Accounting. William E.
