Win Win Gaming Subsidiary Pixiem Enters Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Yamaha Motor Corporation; Pixiem to Produce Wireless Games and WAP Portal for Yamaha Vehicles


LAS VEGAS --(Business Wire)-- May 17, 2006 -- Win Win Gaming, Inc. (OTCBB:WNWN) wholly owned subsidiary Pixiem, Inc. entered into an exclusive licensing agreement to develop wireless games and a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) portal for Yamaha Motor Corporation.



Under the terms of this exclusive three-year agreement, Pixiem will develop and publish a series of 2D and 3D versions of Yamaha branded wireless mobile games, wallpaper, and ringtones featuring the company's motor vehicle products, including ATVs and motorcycles. Pixiem will also create and manage a WAP portal "store front" to market these products directly to the consumer. Yamaha will support and market the products through its network of distribution channels and participate with Pixiem in marketing promotions offering Yamaha vehicles as prizes.
