All rights reserved. German IT services provider Siemens Business Services has received three orders from Bankgesellschaft Berlin / Landesbank Berlin. Siemens Business Services will provide IT services, and look after the CRM system and printers. Siemens Business Services had been providing IT services for the bank since 2001, and in the new invitation to bid for IT services, Siemens Business Services has been awarded the bid. The Siemens subsidiary will look after the voice and data networks, servers, desktop and telecommunications systems for a further five years. This will also involve Siemens Business Services testing the use of hardware and software components in its IT lab and running the user help desk for the daily queries of the banking staff from IT to commercial applications at the bank. Siemens Business Services will run the Siebel-based CRM system for Bankgesellschaft Berlin / Landesbank Berlin and service its printers, copiers and multifunctional devices. |
