JetBlue's Sales Team Takes Off With Salesnet; JetBlue Selects CRM Solution from On-Demand Leader to Streamline Sales

BOSTON --(Business Wire)-- April 26, 2006 -- Salesnet, the leading provider of on-demand CRM software focused on driving sales effectiveness, today announced that JetBlue (Nasdaq:JBLU) has chosen to implement Salesnet to increase their sales productivity. JetBlue selected Salesnet's sales-process-focused solution as it best met their needs.

"Prior to using Salesnet, we had no streamlined, unified place to manage all of our necessary account information," said Tim Luceno, regional sales manager - east, JetBlue. "We tried a homegrown solution but realized it wasn't robust enough and acted more as a temporary solution. Now that we are up and running with Salesnet, we are amazed at how much easier it is to navigate Salesnet to find and customize data. Since implementation, we've seen an immediate, positive impact on our sales teams and are confident that this will drive our future sales success."

JetBlue found Salesnet to be the most intuitive solution and were very impressed with the sophistication of the Salesnet Dashboard which was able to display information significantly better than other vendors. Luceno stated, "The Salesnet dashboard really stood out; the graphics are laid out better and the charts can graphically display data in a way that is more pleasing to the eye which makes it easier to retain and understand information."

JetBlue was sold with Salesnet from the beginning, but the launch of Salesnet's 25th Anniversary Edition was the final deciding factor. The HTML email feature was a drawing point as JetBlue's sales teams rely heavily on email campaigns. In addition, the Lead Generation functionality was appealing since it helps their management team prioritize which accounts they can see based on size and revenue opportunities.

"JetBlue is a huge win for us and we are flattered by their choice and praise of our product," said Jonathan Tang, president and co-founder of Salesnet. "JetBlue has a non-traditional sales team that has very specific needs; Salesnet is flexible and therefore able to scale to exactly what JetBlue needed - this continues to be a major selling point for us."
